Your orders are received via e-mail, and processed soon thereafter. In general, most orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours afterthey have been received. Should there be a problem with your order or if there is the need for further information, we generally try to contact you asap, by phone. On occasion, if we are waiting for inventory when your order arrives, we will call or e-mail you for your shipping preference: whether to ship everything but the item on back order, or wait to ship all items together. Should you need most of your order shipped immediately, we will cover the cost of shipping your back-ordered items.
How to Order
Every item on the Jubili ONLINE web site has several buttons: “Detail” opens up a larger picture of the item; the “Quantity Box” enables you to put in how many of that particular item you’d like to order. “Add to Cart” adds your item(s) onto our shopping cart, which will then appear on the screen to show you that your item(s) have been properly added. You may edit your order on the shopping cart, check out, or return to SHOP from there. If this is your first time ordering on our website, you will then be asked to fill in your rdering, shipping, and any other pertinent information.
When you click on the “Detail” button, you will see several other button options. Should you want to store the item for a future purchase, or keep an order online for someone wishing to buy you a gift, click the “Add to Wishlist” button. Should you want to pass the link for an item to someone else, click the "Tell a Friend" button...and thank you for telling others about Jubili ONLINE! Finally, clicking on “Previous” or “Next” will take you back or forward to other items.

When purchasing ONLINE, your orders placed Monday through Friday are generally processed within 24 hours. Should any items be on back-order from our suppliers, we will give you two options:
1. We can hold the entire order pending receipt of the back-ordered item
2. We will ship the order without the back-ordered item, and ship that item FREE of EXTRA SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES when it arrives.
Occasionally, an item might be difficult for even our suppliers to get! In this case, we will alert you, and either suggest an alternative item, or offer you the option of a refund/exchange. Please fill in your telephone number to enable us to call you and more quickly handle your order, should any questions/problems arise. Help us to serve you better!
Jubili Beads & Yarns® ONLINE does sell numerous items to wholesalers, such as bead stores, designers, bead societies, etc. When making your initial order, click on any category, and notice the “Log In” button in the top right corner. Click on that button, then go to “I want to create a new account”. Enter your tax ID and other required information, then click on “Log In” to place your order.
For your shopping convenience, your paying options include the four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal. In addition, we have incorporated the security features of Authorize.net, our payment gateway, with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection through our web host, Network Solutions.

Special and/or Custom Orders
Here at Jubili ONLINE, we pride ourselves in striving to fulfill all of your special and custom orders. In general, we request a deposit for special or custom orders equal to 50% - 100% the cost of the order, as determined by the specific item. Additional costs for shipping & handling will be added as well. Should your special request require time for creating or filling your order, we will estimate the waiting time to the best or our ability, and keep you posted as to the progress of your order. Please take this into account, and order enough in advance of your need to give us time to fulfill your order.
We offer shipping through the US Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. Your options are Priority Mail, Express Mail, and Expedited/Overnight services as per the courier you choose. In addition to a Jubili ONLINE handling charge, total shipping costs are based on such factors as quantity of items ordered and their total weight, distance from Jubili to the recipient, and speed of delivery. On regular methods of delivery, we make every attempt to ship within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday. We will call or e-mail if for any reason, there will be a delay in shipping your order more than 48 hours after it has been received. We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico! Rates will include extra cost as per the shipping service you choose.
Overseas Orders "Ici on parle français"!
We are happy to fill your orders from anywhere in the world! Costs will include all tariffs and customs charges incurred by the specific courier you choose, based on the country's overseas delivery laws. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays or package loss between the USA and overseas countries, so please order insurance from the carrier you choose.
Returns and Exchanges
We are committed to making you a happy customer! Therefore, returns and exchanges requested within 60 days of purchase will be promptly honored, no questions asked. However, we do require that your merchandise be returned in the original packaging, in completely unaltered condition. You may request a refund or exchange for the purchase price of the inventory items only. Sorry, shipping and handling costs incurred cannot be refunded, nor can we pay for return or exchange postage. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for magazines, sale items, or special orders.
Your privacy is important to us! Under NO circumstances will we ever sell or share your personal information to anyone or any company! We value confidentiality of YOUR private information as much as our own! All order information is filed safely, and no credit card information is stored in our retail computer. Our e mail list is ours and ours alone!
